These Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy lay out how Qu works, how we keep things safe, and how we use (and protect) your info — clear and simple. Qu Anytime is operated by Qu Social, Co.

1. What you can't do

By using Qu Anytime, you agree not to:

• Harass, harm, or intimidate others
• Use hate speech or discriminatory language
• Share inappropriate, explicit, or violent content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Share private personal info (yours or others') without consent
• Violate local laws, platform rules, or community standards

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal.

1a. How to get the most from Qu

This isn't about being polite for someone else's sake — it's about unlocking your own potential. The more open, curious, and respectful you are, the more you'll grow. To make the most of your Qu experiences:

• Be curious. Ask questions — and listen to learn, not just to reply
• Be excited to hear from perspectives different from your own
• Enter every conversation eager to learn
• Let go of judgment — you'll be surprised how much you grow when you do

2. Adults only

Qu Anytime is for users 18 or older, or the minimum legal age in your region. No kids.

3. What we collect

We only gather data that helps Qu work and improve:

• Your name, email, profile picture, country, and age
• Your conversation preferences, feedback, and survey responses
• Basic app usage data (like topics you choose and session length)

We do not record or store your conversations. And please — don't record others without their express consent.

4. How we use your info

We use your data to:

• Match you with others for conversations
• Improve the app experience
• Keep you updated on the expansion of the Quniverse

During calls, other Qusers see only your first name and country. This provides context for richer conversations while protecting your privacy.

We do not sell your data. If we ever consider sharing anonymized insights to support research or organizations aligned with our mission, we'll ask you first.

5. Liability & disclaimers

Qu Anytime is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it safe and available, but:

• We're not responsible for internet issues, dropped calls, or what happens in conversations between Qusers.
• Your use of Qu Anytime is at your own risk.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, Qu and its team aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages.

We've built the culture of Qu first, to attract people hungry to grow. But not everyone will show up that way. Sometimes you'll meet someone who isn't there yet — and that's part of life. To protect you, we've built in report, block, and vote-to-kick features. If someone crosses the line, you and the group can remove them and block them. You are never powerless here.

6. Contacting authorities

If we believe someone is at risk of serious harm, or if required by law, we may share information with law enforcement or relevant authorities. This is done only when necessary to protect people's safety.

7. Intellectual property

All Qu content — text, visuals, icons, and branding — is owned by Qu. You're welcome to use it inside the app, but you may not copy, duplicate, or redistribute it without permission.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Privacy Policy occasionally. If changes are significant, we'll update the date and notify you in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updates.

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and safeguards to protect your data. No system is perfect, but your security is a priority.

10. Your rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Share questions and feedback — we want to learn from you as much as you'll learn from Qu

Child Safety & CSAE Standards

Qu Anytime, operated by Qu Social, Co., strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including CSAM, grooming, sexualization of minors, and sextortion. Violations result in immediate account termination and report to authorities.
