• Your conversation preferences, feedback, and survey responses
• Basic app usage data (like the topics you choose and session length)

We do not record or store your conversations. And please — don't record others without their express consent.

How we use your information

We use your data to:

• Match you with others for conversations
• Improve the app experience
• Keep you updated on the expansion of the Quniverse

During calls, other Qusers see only your first name and country. This gives context for richer conversations while protecting your privacy.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. If we ever consider sharing anonymized insights to support research or organizations aligned with our mission, we'll ask you first.

We use trusted service providers to run Qu Anytime — including cloud hosting and a real-time video and chat provider — who process data only to deliver the service on our behalf.

Contacting authorities

If we believe someone is at risk of serious harm, or if required by law, we may share information with law enforcement or relevant authorities. This is done only when necessary to protect people's safety. See also our child safety standards.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption and safeguards to protect your data. No system is perfect, but your security is a priority.

Qu Anytime is for users 18 or older, or the minimum legal age in your region. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
